All I Want For Christmas...

...Is My Two Front Teeth!

How cute are his teeth? I just love them, even though they came in all wrong! First his two bottom teeth came in, then one day I thought he was being cranky so I checked his mouth and found a tooth...but it was a side one. Then a few days later and a lot of Motrin, in came the other side tooth! What a silly boy. My other kids got their front ones after the bottom ones, but he just has a goofy vampire smile for now and I love it!

Today Bethany and Eden hung out with us all day and it was so fun! We always have good times with them. We laughed so hard, maybe a little too hard! :) He He

Well, the babies were playing on the floor in the other room and I hear Boston laughing with the other kids. I go in to see what was going on and I found Bos stuck in the bottom of the bassinet. All I could do was laugh and take a few pics. I love babies!

Newest member of the Fam

**Meet Relic!****

This cute 6 week old Boxer is an early Christmas present for the boys! Max has always loved dogs and has wanted one so bad. They were so surprised when John walked through the door holding him! Actually, they were in disbelief and just stood there with a smile. Max buried his face in the couch for a minute before running and hugging him. Our wonderful friends, the Rogers have pretty much the perfect dog, Jasmine. I have never really been a dog lover but I really like Jas. She is so sweet and good with their kids and ours. I have always wanted to take her home, so when they were going to breed her I just knew I had to have one of her puppies. Well, she only had three and we were so lucky to get one! They are all so dang cute but one had a white nose and he was ours! Every time we would leave their house Max would be so sad and say- I just want that dog with the white nose. No other dog would do.

We have had him for almost a week now and he has such a good temperament. We are in the middle of house training him and he is doing soo good. It is actually easier than I thought! He sleeps all through the night and waits until the morning to go to the bathroom. He is great. I have never done this before but have done a lot a research on Boxers and how to care for them, so I just hope that we will do OK. I think he is the perfect dog for our family and he has made us so happy! BIG thanks to the Rogers Jaxson was playing with him and they both fell asleep together. So cute

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I have so much to be thankful for. I am so grateful for everything that I have. I am grateful for my little family, and for the chance I have to be the mom to my sweeties. I love my husband for everything he is, for what he has taught me, and for how hard he works for us. I am grateful for parents who taught me so much and raised me the way they did. I am grateful for the rest of my family and my friends, for the wonderful relationships that I have with them. I am thankful for my savior and for the gospel and how much joy and peace it brings to me. I am grateful for the free world we live in. I have so many blessings. Last but not least I am thankful for such low gas prices!

Thanksgiving also means Brooke and Sam come to visit. We have had so much fun taking this chain apart everyday. It was soo long and the boys thought the day would never come, but it is finally here. Brooke and Sam are coming in late tonight and we can't wait!

Last week uncle Shooter called and was going to be working right by our house and he wanted the boys to come along. He drives a HUGE dump truck that the boys just love. Thanks Craig you are the best!

Max is talking on the radio (probably to patrick!)

The purple one is the back of his truck. I didn't get a full shot of it.

I never posted Maxs' kindergarten pic, so here it is! Isn't he so handsome?

I just love these big brown eyes!

Yea! I was worried I wouldnt be able to upload any more pics on to my computer because one day last week I caught Boston sucking on the end of the cord that plugs into my camera. Apparently it took a week to dry out. Boston is so crazy lately. He has been crawling for about a month now, but finally has ventured out of the family room. I think his silly cousin Eden taught him to go up the stairs! He is my little vaccum in the kitchen, I sweep all the time but somehow he always finds something. Shoes and cords are his favorite toys.

Mother Of The Year...

...Is NOT me.

Boston was taking a nap and Jaxson was watching a movie. I laid on the couch for a few minutes and apparently fell asleep...for an hour. I woke up ten minutes AFTER I was supposed to get Max from school. I immediately started to panic. I ran upstairs grabbed Boston, threw the boys in the car and drove off. Luckily the school is in our neighborhood, practically across the street. I drove up and the entire school was empty outside, crossing guards and all. I could see where he is usually standing and I almost started crying. I probably would have but I think I was still asleep and I even had lines on my face!
i was 20 min late. We go running up to his classroom door, Jaxson crying because he has no shoes (either did I) and it was empty. Then we went to the office and there he was standing with his teacher. I felt so dumb and just kept apologizing. His teacher seemed like it was no big deal, I am sure that was not the first time that has happened. Well I hope not anyways. Max says, "mom your late." I started hugging him and told him that I was so sorry . He told me to promise him that will never happen again. I am horrible. That will NEVER happen again.

On the way home he asked if we could make cookies. I said sure thing buddy! Then I burned them.

Happy Halloween!

Everyone around here is finally feeling better! The whole week of fall break, my family was sick with some nasty stomach thing. The next week we all had colds, then Boston had double ear infections...poor little guy. Now he is back to sleeping all night, which makes me a happy mom.

Today Boston had his 6 month check up (only a month late) and weighs in at 18 lbs. He is crawling all over the place, putting every little thing on the floor in his mouth, and pulling himself up on the furniture. His favorite snack is any shoe he can find and yuck, that totally grosses me out. He is so happy now that he can follow his brothers around the house and is a little less clingly to me.

Max came home from school today and showed me all of his school work. A few hours later he says-

Mom, I have a phone number in my backpack.
me- oh really! That's great, whose number?

Max- Emily. She gave it to me.

me-realllly?

Max -yea. I need to call her

He takes out this little paper cut in to a triangle and has a phone number written on it in big kindergarten letters! It was so cute. He really wanted to call her but I had to explain to him why he cant be calling girls. OH NO. Not already.....

Well, two of the four anyway. Bethany and I went to lunch with our dad yesterday. We almost always go to Someburros with him but we decided to go to YC's this time. Good choice dad, we had so much fun with you. He just loves all of his grand babies. Poor Eden is getting her first two teeth and was really sad but cute!

bROOKIE pIE

I am just really missing my sister today, and every day. After she married Sam, they moved up to Utah so he can go to BYU. I have a very close relationship with my sisters and she is the first in our family to move away. ): She lived with us for a year and I just miss talking to her and seeing her everyday. She is my girl. And I love her. The boys talk about her almost everyday so we made a count down chain so we know just how many days until Brookie Pie and Sam come home to visit! Only 49...Yya for Thanksgiving! We love the Maxfields This pic is for you!

My Legs

This is what my legs look like on any given day. My kids always ask- Mom, can I draw on you?

Yea, I know I am weird. I remember doing this as a kid to my dad and loving it. Sometimes I forget to wipe it off before going places. I decided this is my way of going green!

Circus Time

Last weekend we took the kids to the Shrine Circus with the Rogers. The kids had a lot of fun. We love hangin with the Rogers fam.

Jaxson Started soccer

He has played 3 games so far and is so funny to watch. He has wanted to play ever since Max started. He finally turned 3 so we put him on a team.....he just runs around in his own little world! He gets so excited when he kicks the ball, he comes running over just to make sure we saw. I love this pic of him....it is a little blurry

Boston

His first attempt at rice cereal
just being happy

I just forget how fast babies grow. Boston is almost 6 months and is getting so big and does new things almost everyday. He is such a happy and fun baby, all I have to do is look at him and he gets excited! I think this is my favorite age because I am his world. He watches every move I make and just stares at me all day. He can spot me from almost anywhere. He wants constant attention and I love to give it to him. He sits up really good, plays with his toys and rolls around a little. Max and Jaxson love to play with him and make him laugh! He did so good while we were camping and he even got his first two teeth up there. He still is not a good sleeper, but he loves to snuggle. He is obsessed with the remote to the TV and likes to watch the boys play video games. I bought a baby sling, which was the best money ever spent. Now he can be connected to my hip and I still have two usable hands. I love love this boy and every second of the day I spend with him.
My house is a disaster and I cant stand it. I have laundry piled up in all rooms, bathrooms that need cleaned, hair color sitting out from a few days ago...so many things that need to be done. But I would rather play dinosaurs with Jaxson, read books to Max and kiss Boston all day! ............There will be time for cleaning later. I am usually not like this. Sometimes I feel like I am going to have a panic attack when the house is a mess. Oh well
1 day old! 1 week old

Reunion 2008

We went up to the Goodman reunion again this year just past Showlow. We look forward to this camping trip every year. We go with Johns side of the family and boy do we sure love them! Although it wasn't the same with out Ren, he was taken to the hospital the day we got up there and was there for 4 days. He ended up having his gall bladder taken out and thankfully he did great. We look forward to next year when we can sit around the campfire all night and laugh with him.
Last year we started taking Bethany and Craig up with us, and this year Eden got to come! The boys had a blast going for rides on the quad with Trevor, following the big boys around and going on walks with Phil, sticking marshmallows in the fire, taking turns playing the DS, playing in the rain and digging in the dirt. I love camping. It cant get better than that, sitting around with a bunch of nothing to do.
Everyone left on Monday except Landon and Savannah, Bethany and Craig, and us. I have to admit it was a little creepy being the only ones left in the forest. After we put the kids to bed we all came out and sat by the fire. For some reason we started talking about ghosts, scary men in flannel shirts, and other random weird things. It sounds a little stupid now but Bethany and I were scared to death! Seriously scared...Then Landon acts like he goes into his trailer to do some business (Savannah covered for him) and he snuck into the woods and started making noises. HOLY CRAP we were freakin out! I almost started crying. Now it is funny. He is a funny guy. He got us good. Ha ha
Here are some fun pics.
