This was such a happy day for me. I remember it perfectly! I woke up at 5 am with a pretty strong contraction. It was a week before my due date but I knew I would be having my baby soon! I got up, got ready, packed my hospital bag and a bag for Max so he could stay at my parents house. I had plans to go shopping with my friend Susie, so I did. We went to Target, bought some last minute baby things (we were both pregnant a few weeks apart) and ate lunch at Fat Burger. I was having more and more frequent contractions all day. Then we stopped at my moms house and told her I was in labor, stayed there until John got off work and sat through some pretty painful stuff debating if I should go to the hospital or not. I did not want to get sent home, that's for sure! Finally after everyone just sitting around watching me in pain asking when were going to go, I gave in, kissed my baby Max goodbye (cried a lot) and took off to the hospital. This was the scariest labor I had only because I knew what was coming. So many emotions go through you so fast. I was so excited to meet this little baby I had been waiting for for so long. I longed to hold him, smell him and kiss his little body all over. At the same time I was going to miss being pregnant so badly. I love being pregnant. I loved my huge belly, and the constant movement of the baby. I was also worried about how bringing home a new baby boy would affect Max. I was also very afraid I wasn't going to love him as much as I loved Max. I had no idea you can fall in love every time with the same amount of love!! Anyways, I made it to the hospital at about 10:30 pm and was dilated to a 5. Jaxson was welcomed into this world the next morning at 11:15 am by a huge audience! Me, John, my mom, my mother in law, Brooke, Amber, and Susie! Oh he was so cute, and big! He weighed in at 9lbs 5 oz. I had his name picked out when Max was about 3 months old....way before I even got preg with him. I just knew my next baby would be a boy and his name would be Jaxson.
It has been 4 years since then and I love him even more. I am so happy he came into our family and has made us laugh everyday since then.
He is quite a funny little man.
He loves to act as batman or incredible hulk everyday.
He loves to snuggle.
He also likes to sleep and will fall asleep anywhere if he is tired.
He loves his brothers and is such a good helper.
He loves to say prayers at night and is so sincere.
He can eat. This kid is known for saying "can I eat it" to anyone who has food.
He always tells me he loves me.
He is a mommas boy and I love it.
He loves his friends.
He really wants to be a "big kid" and be in kindergarten and have a loose tooth.
He loves to be outside and loves animals
He is so tough
On his 4th birthday he had to go in and have his ingrown toenail removed. While we were there I showed the doctor another toe I thought had started to get one as well. The doc decided he should do them both. I am not even going to talk about this because it was so traumatic for him and me and you really don't want to know the details anyway. The doc said he did way better than all HS football players do. Less screaming I guess......whatever. All I know is I will never let them do that to him again!
He had a birthday party planned for that same day and we went ahead with it. He was jumping on the tramp and everything! All my pics are on our other computer so I will have to post them when I can get to them. He is such a stud and I love him so much!

He was being a doof and would never look at me!
