I think we have been watching a little too much Napoleon Dynamite around here lately! Max sits at the table and tells everyone EAT YOUR FOOD TINA! Jaxson says everything is "freakin retarded" and now he shoves all kinds of food in his pocket and calls it his "tots". They are so much fun to be with all day I cant stand it! I could go on and on about all of their little sayings from the movie but I am sure you have all seen it. So, one day we were watching it with my bro Kevin and we were saying how much we liked Napoleons suit from DI. I remembered I had Johns old suit from when he was 5. I ran upstairs and found it in Max's closet. We were laughing so hard as we put in on Max. He wore it the next day to church. He just looks like a little stud in it. I cant wait for it to fit Jaxson and Boston someday. I am so glad that Lynnette saved so many things of Johns. These pics were just after church this last Sunday.

A new post already! I know, I know, crazy.

Last week when I told Max I was going to come and help in his class on Friday, he was so excited. I read on my friends blogs where their daughter is usually the one who tells their mom what to wear and how to put makeup on. I don't have a girl and I just figured that my boys don't really care what I look like. Boy was I wrong! Max told me that I need to look real pretty to see his friends. He said he wanted me to wear a skirt and do my hair curly. This time he said I could wear my glasses, last time he insisted I wear contacts. What a funny boy! This is a picture of him and his best friend Kyle. I love listening to their conversations!

Boston is finally feeling better after being sick for two weeks straight. He had this stomach virus where he was puking and pooping for a week, then he had double ear infections. I am glad to have my happy baby back who thinks he rules the house. He is my little Houdini! When I am busy I always try to block off the family room with him in it. I use all sorts of things, laundry baskets, a baby gate, chairs, a bassinet, whatever works. He can get out of almost anything. I don't like him wandering around the house while I am busy because I have found him in the toilet, dog food, garbage, stairs, outside, playing in hair in the salon, you name it, he is there! He is 10 months and weighs 18 lbs still. He hasn't gained any weight since he was 6 months old and has only grown a quarter of an inch. He loves to fake cough, say dada and mama, play patty cake and just learned to wave bye. He is starting to be daring and take a few steps. He loves to follow his brothers around and give them kisses or bite their toes when they are not looking! He has 6 teeth now that are VERY sharp. Trust me I know. I am starting to think 10 months of nursing is going to have to do, he seriously bites me every time. Any suggestions? We love him so much and are so glad he is a part of our family.

Christmas 2008 and other randomness!

Christmas this year was so much fun! I love that our boys are a little older and really understand the meaning of Christmas and get the whole Santa thing. Jaxson was really excited that it was Jesus' birthday and loved dressing up for the Nativity. Our Joy school was able to go to a nursing home that had 8 sweet little old ladies living there, "grandmas" as we called them. He was Joseph and Max was a wise men, they talked about it for days.

On Christmas Eve we went to my parents house, where they also got to be a part of our first Nativity Tradition, since having kids. My dad read Luke and all the kids came out. It was so funny to see their little faces and everyone loved it! That night Max insisted on making cookies and hot chocolate for Santa. They went to bed super fast and John and I busted out all of the presents and were in bed by midnight! they woke up the next morning and couldn't contain their excitement! I am just glad I captured their faces on camera, they got everything they wanted! (Luckily they didn't ask for anything too crazy!) I just love this picture of Bos. He is soo happy

Boston fell down the stairs Christmas Eve and got a fat lip. You
can you tell he is just a little happy?

Happy #32 to my Man
I cant believe I met John when he was 23. I knew from the second I saw him that I was going to marry him. I thought I would dedicate this post to him with the top 10 reasons why I LOVE him.
1. He is so handsome.
2. He gave me three of the most beautiful kids.
3. He is my best friend.
4. I love the way he smells.
5. Loves his Savior.
6. Loves me.
7. He cracks me up.
8. He thinks I am perfect.
9. He is always so calm. He never argues or raises his voice at me, even when I have my temper tantrums!
10. He incredibly knows everything about any sport, team and player.
Johns Birthday is also on New Years Eve and we spent it with the Rogers. I ended up with his Birthday cake smashed upside my head and face, thanks to Carley - a story for another day-- Love you girl!
We were shopping for Johns birthday card, and Max found this card and just had to give it to his Dad. It had a gopher on the front and said--I smell old people. He just died laughing and insisted on buying it. It was funny.

The Holidays were just so crazy with shopping, family things and always being on the go, that we had absolutely no schedule. Poor Boston just fell asleep wherever he could.

Today has just been "one of those days." The kids have just been fighting and crying ever since 3:oo today. I am just so glad I came across this picture, to remind me that they REALLY do love each other.
